Add textile formatting for comments. Also add comment preview button.

Added code to dertyn.php to explicitly error out if magic quotes are on. After error, all scripts bomb out.

yui rich text editor added. functions great. code added to header and also created new editor.php that includes code to render the editor.

Since we're implicitly checking that magic quotes is off, we can take out all stripslashes calls to keep from mangling input.

Check that magic quotes are turned off in installer and main library. If it is not, fail.

Basic functionality added (just plain summary). Need to figure out how to add total content to the feed.

sidebar stuff was split out of the header.php file, then included back in with an include_once.

The header, footer, sidebar and content DIVs need to be separated out into their own files. This will allow for more modularity.
